The course "Return on Investment for Libraries and Information Services" took place at Tilburg University, the Netherlands, from Sunday Evening 27 June up to and including Tuesday afternoon 29 June 2004, with an optional programme on Tuesday evening. The course was a special low-cost event, organised in cooperation with the Netherlands Association for Library, Information, and Knowledge Professionals (NVB), and sponsored by EBSCO, Geac, and LexisNexis.
