Ticer, in cooperation with Elseviers Science, organized, as part of Elseviers library outreach programme under the umbrella of Library Consult, a skills development workshop entitled "Digital Library Management for Tomorrow's Leaders" for selected librarians in Japan and Korea. This event took place in Seoul-Korea (1-2 July 2002), Osaka-Japan (4 July 2002) and Tokyo-Japan (5 July 2002).
