For the fourth year in a row, a change management course was given. Although the general structure of this course remains the same, new presentations are included every year. The core of the course is formed by a keynote presentation about the context of change, presentations about the theory and techniques of change management (by Lucy Jeynes, Larch Consulting), and an imaginary case study. During the group work sessions around this imaginary case study, the participants can directly apply what they learned. Added to this, are real-life case studies. This year's keynote was delivered by Andrew Green, librarian of the National Library of Wales. He spoke about social, political and economic change; about changes in the learning environment; about technological drivers; and the implications for libraries. The course "Change: Making it Happen in your Library" this year offered four real-life case studies.
